รายละเอียดงาน
• Working on full life-cycle implementation of ERP applications.
• Gather application requirements with end users, IT and stakeholders.
• Provide the solutions from business and technology perspectives and convert them into application functionality.
• Document the project deliverables.
• Coordinate between vendors and users throughout the projects.
• Facilitate IT terms for ERP users.
• Provide support, troubleshooting and resolve issues raised by users within the agreed SLA.
• Proactively maintain a strong working knowledge of supported systems by following procedures, policies and processes defined.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Financials, IT or related fields
- 2 years of related ERP operations or applications experience.
- Enterprise ERP application (Oracle, SAP, etc.) experience is a plus.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
