Overview A Tool Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining tools, fixtures, and gauges used in manufacturing processes. Work closely with production teams, toolroom, and quality control personnel to ensure that tools meet production requirements and contribute to overall efficiency and quality. Key Responsibilities Tool Development: Analyze manufacturing processes to identify tool requirements. Design and develop tools, fixtures, and gauges. Create detailed drawings and specifications for manufacturing. Evaluate tool performance and make necessary adjustments. Tool Procurement: Source and purchase tools material from suppliers. Negotiate prices and delivery terms. Ensure compliance with quality standards. Tool Maintenance and Repair: Develop and implement tool maintenance schedules. Coordinate tool repairs and replacements. Monitor tool performance and identify areas for improvement. Process Optimization: Collaborate with production teams to improve process efficiency and reduce costs. Identify opportunities to improve tool utilization and performance. Implement new technologies and techniques to enhance manufacturing processes. Quality Control: Ensure that tools meet quality standards and specifications. Develop and implement quality control procedures for tools. Investigate and resolve quality issues related to tools. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of tool design, procurement, maintenance, and performance. Prepare reports and presentations on tool-related activities.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Male, 30 years old
  2. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  3. Diploma: Tool And Die Making
  4. Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
  5. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
  6. Experience with tool development.
  7. Able to communicate in speaking, reading, and writing English at a good level.
  8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  10. Experience in a specific industry (e.g., electrical electronics automotive,).
  11. Able to design, repair, create, and develop molds and tools well.
  12. Have leadership and take responsibility for achieving goals according to management policies.
  13. Knowledge of ISO9001 ISO14001 systems
