Key Responsibilities
Tool Development:
Analyze manufacturing processes to identify tool requirements.
Design and develop tools, fixtures, and gauges.
Create detailed drawings and specifications for manufacturing.

Tool Procurement:
Source and purchase tools material from suppliers.
Negotiate prices and delivery terms.
Ensure compliance with quality standards.
Tool Maintenance and Repair:
Develop and implement tool maintenance schedules.
Coordinate tool repairs and replacements.
Monitor tool performance and identify areas for improvement.
Process Optimization:
Collaborate with production teams to improve process efficiency and reduce costs.
Identify opportunities to improve tool utilization and performance.
Implement new technologies and techniques to enhance manufacturing processes.
Quality Control:
