Manage of Warehouse & Logistics to achieve the target of Quality, Safety, Delivery, and Cost, including transportation, and customer services. Lead a problem-solving team to find out the root causes and corrective/preventive actions caused by logistics failure. Maintain stock accurate and improve space efficiency of all warehouse area. Make decisions and recommendations in order to achieve operational and cost-effective results, prevent delays in assigned work, and eliminate the risks of considerable expenditures of time, human resources and/or funds. Develop the warehouse and logistics operations and system to meet the company’s requirement and business objective. Develop staff performance to maximize productivity of their roles and responsibilities, i.e., skill performance, people development. Setup departmental KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports Ensure all Warehouse and Logistics staffs follow company rule, regulation and policy.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Administration, or any related field with more than 5 years warehouse/logistic/distribution management experiences.
Strong leadership, communication skills, high problem-solving ability, strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
can use ERP system
Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Excel and PowerPoint.
