- Managing the fee proposal, contract documents, procurement policies, controls and suppliers for office supplies and equipment.
- Maintenance of office furniture and equipment (software, hardware, office access system, telephone system, work station, etc).
- Ensure registration/renewal of the company licences with relevant authorities.
- Ensure maintenance, renewal and updating of company and staff insurances.
- Ensure maintenance of library system, project database, company CV, documents archiving.
- Co-ordination of Web site updates for the WAL Website.
- Events and meeting arrangement and coordination.
- Supervision and development of Admin staff (including --- Admin Executive/Confidential Secretary).
- Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time.
