- Issued compound recipe and inspection standard
- Issued raw material specification and inspection standard
- Issued calendaring /steellastic specification.(Material part not machine condition)and inspection standard
- Issued mixing specification.
-Control compound properties
- Test / Evaluation new compound/ new raw material/new auxiliary material
- Conduct MCD for compound and raw material
- Treatment method decide for hold compound.
- Management of return recipe for control return stock.
- Issued Cement and compound recipe include auxiliary material.
-Treatment method for hold raw material.
- Change control process that concern with MCD/Mixing specification change/Calendering change.
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE NEED:
- Intermediate Tire Technology
- Mixing/ Calendering/ Material Preparation Process
- Receving Raw Material and In-Process Standards
- Kanban and Production System
- Basic tire knowledge
- Basic compound and raw material
- Design Process Design
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 28-32 Male
- Bachelor Degree in Engineer (Polymer, Rubber, Chemical)
- Experience in 3 years or more than.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint )
- Knowledge Basic Tire, Rubber
