-Analyze and review capacity utilization of each manufacturing locations and find ways to optimize profitability
-Monitor supply/production plan to execute on time delivery and minimize or mitigate delays from uncontrollable factors
-Validate operational data, provide analytics or business intelligence reports to mitigate operational issue, find resolutions, and drive wholistic risk assessment for the group
-Guide and close operational gaps for each factory locations and lead communications with key customers
-Establish matrices to keep the supply chain value stream in a ‘healthy’ position
-Coach and guide the team for better operational understanding and growth/kaizen mindset
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Home Economics (Clothes/Garments/Textiles), Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in planning or supply chain management-related roles, preferably within the garment industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Good command of English and Thai, both verbal and written.
- Proficient MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Experience or familiarity with planning related tools such as APS, or ability to write query, script, or BI is a strong plus
