- Recruit and selection process to meet the job.
- Coordinate with the Sr. Recruitment to understand the job requirements.
- Post job openings via an online platform.
- Screen applications and pre-interviews.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
- Maintain and manage the candidate database and related documents systematically.
- Other as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment job.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job recruitment platforms.
- Ability to work well in a team and solve problems effectively.
