รายละเอียดงาน
•To keep up preventive maintenance for all production machinery and equipments to eliminate or minimize breakdown.
•To discuss/review & evaluate overall plant activities with subordinate,contractor & coordinate with the production department for machine utilization and production output.
•Conduct special meeting with his subordinates to establish good communication and relationship.
•Responsible for training new foreman to be able on controlling shopfloors manpower to ensure all mechanical work jobs are completed on schedule in accordance to specification.
•Support IFS system.
•Evaluate contractor’s manpower supply quality & quantity.
•Responsible to keep work safely policy.
•Any assignment from direct and indirect superior.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument Engineering.
- Knowledge: Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance, Project management
- Good speaking and written in English
- Hard working and high responsibility
- Experience in petrochemical plant, large scale manufacturing plant, large scale contractor working relate to petrochemical plant.
