รายละเอียดงาน
- Planning Audit plan, evaluate and provide reasonable reports to assure that corporate governance systems, work-flow best practices and risk management in the following areas are efficiently and effectively functioning as planned to meet company objectives;
- Accounting & Finance - Sales Operation & Transactions - Inventory Operation - Production & Logistic Operation along the supply chains - Cost Control - Information Security - Asset Management - Others as assigned
- Identify, report and provide sound recommendations on any risk management and/or control issues directly to the Management and involved parties for organizational performance improvement
- Evaluate regular audit plan with follow-ups to ensure all approved recommendations are implemented effectively
- Audit and control to ensure regulatory and legal compliances are met to preserve the company integrity with all stakeholders
- Provide information and recommendations for Process and/or Human Resources Development - Work as an independent unit, directly report and communicate to Top Management
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree in any business related fields, preferably Accounting or Finance (Bachelor Degree graduated with strong direct internal audit management experience will also be considered.)
- Minimum 10 years experience, with 2-3 years at management level in professional internal audit and control in recognized organization, especially in food & beverage or FMCG manufacturing-related industries
- Strong Cost Accounting and/or Risk Management backgrounds are considered advantages, but not compulsory
- Excellent in logical & systematical thinking and strong analytical skills
- Smart, concise and high awareness personality with ability to understand all details throughout company operations
- Team player and excellent coordination skills
- Excellent computer skills & literacy, also SAP experience will be considered as advantage
