รายละเอียดงาน
-Coordinate with all concerned to get the cost to provide quotation to customers.
-Coordinate with related party(ies) to support customer requirements, including solving problem, implementation and all logistics services responsibilities as one stop service.
-Follow up with customers and oversea inquiry(ies), i.e., shipment status, related documents, billing, claim, and other requirements (if any)
-Monitor daily e-mails and business requirements from internal and external parties.
-Working hour: Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:30.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 24-35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or any related fields
- Have Experience 1 years in Sales Coordinator, Customer Service in freight forwarder, Logistics and Supply Chain fields.
- Knowledge in Incoterms and Logistics (Air/Ocean cargo and import/export, etc.)
