1.Lead the SOC team in identifying and responding to security incidents in real-time. 2.Develop and implement policies and procedures for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to cyber threats. 2.Ensure proper use and optimization of SOC tools, such as SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) systems, firewalls, and antivirus solutions. 3.Coordinate threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response efforts across departments. 4.Provide detailed incident reports to senior management and recommend corrective actions. 5.Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks, industry standards, and regulations. 6.Conduct regular risk assessments, system audits, and security drills. 7.Collaborate with external partners, including managed security service providers (MSSP) and third-party vendors.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security, with 2+ years in a management role.
  3. Experience working with security products like Antivirus, Firewalls, Endpoint Solutions, Network Security, and Security Platforms.
  4. Experience conducting market research and maintaining relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  5. Prior experience managing a SOC team is highly advantageous.
  6. Expertise in cybersecurity threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.
  7. In-depth knowledge of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools and other cybersecurity technologies.
  8. Strong understanding of firewall management, intrusion detection, and network security. Familiarity with security frameworks such as CISSP, ISO 27001, or NIST.
  9. Holding certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CEH, Security+, or GSEC is a plus.
  10. Knowledge of cybersecurity market trends and competitor analysis.
  11. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  12. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
