Overview: We seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to joint our team as an Operation Team Lead. The primary responsibility of this role is oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Hight school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality management or related field is a plus.
  2. 1-3 years of experience in restaurant operation or a similar role, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
  3. Strong communication, interpersonal ,and organization skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively under pressure and multitask in a fast -paced environment
  5. Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning ,inventory management,and cost control.
  6. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experience
