•Product Management: Oversee current products to ensure they meet performance and profit goals. Lead the development and launch of new business initiatives from concept to market.
•Strategic Planning: Work with the Japanese management team to create and implement business strategies that meet company goals. Offer suggestions to improve productivity, manage finances, and meet sales targets within budget.
•Financial Management: Review financial data to manage budgets, control costs, set prices, and forecast revenue. Ensure all business activities support the company’s financial goals.
•Sales Strategy: Create and carry out sales strategies to maximize revenue within budget. Study market trends, customer needs, and competitors to set sales goals and product positioning.
•Team Coordination: Lead and work closely with Thai staff across departments to ensure smooth execution of business strategies. Promote a team environment that encourages innovation and efficiency.
•Reporting: Prepare and present reports to the Japanese management team on business performance, including productivity, financial status, and strategic outcomes. Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and actionable.
•Productivity Improvement: Regularly review and enhance productivity across the organization. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
•Risk Management: Identify potential risks to business operations and develop strategies to reduce these risks while ensuring business continuity and profitability.
