- Fleet Requirement and Route Optimization - Fleet standard control and transportation compliance - Fleet utilization and make sure delivery is on-time as customer window time - Fleet productivity and performance controlling - Establish the goal/target and keep monitoring the Performance to maintain its smoothly - Analyze all available data/information to find improvement feasibility or oversee unpredictable situations. - Create a problem-solving method to find out the root cause

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business, Management or related fields
At least 1 year experienced in transport and logistics operations
Awareness of the functionality of Transport Management Systems (TMS)
Solid understanding and knowledge of Supply Chain Management
Ability to ensure compliance to procedures and practices
MS Office Program
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
High analytical and Proven problem-solving ability with a solutions orientation
Team building and motivation skills
