• Act as a point of contact between the CEO, internal teams, and external partners. Draft, edit, and review correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
• Organize and prepare agendas for executive meetings. Assist in gathering necessary documents and presentations for each meeting.
• Accurately take minutes during executive and board meetings. Summarize discussions, document key decisions, and track action items. Distribute minutes to relevant attendees and follow up to ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion, including business strategies, financial information, and personal matters related to the CEO.
• Maintain an organized system of files and records, both physical and digital, ensuring documents are easily accessible when needed.
• Assist the CEO in the management of special projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Arrange national and international travel logistics for the CEO, including visa processing, transportation, accommodation, and detailed itineraries.
• Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other members of the executive team, clients, and key stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication flow.
• Manage office supplies and other administrative needs for the CEO’s office. Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.
• Assist in organizing corporate events, including board meetings, company conferences, and other executive-level functions.
