รายละเอียดงานPrimary Objectives:
•Be the technical and quality assurance expert of customer products within the organization to ensure customer’s expectations are met
•Work as an independent team to facilitate production to achieve the best possible outcomes
•As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing compliance measures throughout the production lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our services meet customer standards, industry specifications, and internal quality benchmarks.
Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with customers for all SOP and process requirements for all products and integrate them in the compliance process
•Ensure that the SOP and Process flow as provided by the customer has been correctly implemented in production
•Perform daily audit as per latest guidelines and surprise audit on need basis
•Prepare and submit reports timely, on regular intervals as required by Customer and/or QSL management
•Review all technical related KPI of the customer and QSL and prepare a detailed analysis on the achievements and corrective action on non-achievements
•Attend regular meetings with the customer in regard to technical review and technology transfer initiatives
•Proactively provide constructive and developmental feedback to Customer as well as QSL Employees to make this a very strong entity.
•Ensure all technical information for the production are up-to-date including but not limited to technical bulletins, service manuals, schematics, troubleshooting/program utilities, test profiles and firmware/software.
•Provide guidance to our technicians and operators regarding to SOPs, Process flows and equipment utilizations
•Ensure all customer issues are addressed on a timely manner and rectified
•Support the local Business head with tasks as agreed by the manager

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Diploma or higher in electronic engineering , Electrical Engineering or or related fields.
- 5-10 year’s experience in repair service of mobile product , electronics or manufacturing industry
- Strong communications skills
- Strong technical and organizational skills
- Attention to details with Strong analytical skills in electronic products
- Ability to relate to staff and customers at all levels
- Strong relationship and team building
- Good time management and JIT practices
- Fluent in various software applications (eg. MS office: Word, excel, outlook, power point, Mac OS etc)
- Strong knowledge of Mobile Products specifications
- Fluent in English written and spoken
- if have experience in technical Trainer or Auditor or related fields will be given special consideration
- Travelling for business purpose may be required
