• Rental brokerage (Supporting Japanese expatriates stationed locally in their search for a room) • Responding to inquiries, proposing properties, showing them to the rooms, contract-related work, pre-moving checks, and being present when moving in • Sales brokerage (mediating the sale and purchase of properties, mainly condominiums, for Thai and Japanese investors) • Responding to inquiries, proposing properties that meet the customer's wishes, showing them to the rooms, and contract-related work • After-sales support (Supporting tenants of rental properties) • Responding to problems during occupancy, pre-moving checks, being present when moving out, returning deposits when moving out, reporting, consulting, and supporting the owner • Other assigned tasks Languages skills • English : None • Japanese : None Workplace Area: Sriracha Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Thu - Mon (Holidays on Tue - Wed))
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Age 25-35 years
  2. Any gender
  3. Bachelor's degree in any related fields
  4. At least 3 years’ experience as Sales.
  5. Have a driving license
  6. Experience of working with team
  7. Have high hospitality mind
  8. Able to work across
  9. Experience of Cooperate Sales in Real estate industry is preferable.
  10. Experience at Hotels or any hospital fields is preferable.
  11. Conversational high level of English (Communication with report line) is preferable.
  12. Highly communicative across the department is preferable.
