• Workforce and transfer management, handling disciplinary actions, planning and implementing employee benefits
• Establishing and revising internal regulations, issuing internal announcements
• Negotiating with labor unions and handling labor-related matters
• Securing and managing temporary staff, monitoring attendance rates
• Planning and conducting training programs, acting as a training instructor
• Planning and managing corporate social responsibility initiatives
• Other assigned tasks

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age 40-45 years
- Any gender
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Not Job hopper
- At least 10 years of working experience as HR in any manufacturing company
- At least 3 years of working experience as HR manager
- Be familiar with labor-related laws
- Experience dealing with labor unions
- Conversational low - middle level of English is preferable.
