1.Provide technical support and after-sales service for ev charger, ensuring efficient customer assistance.
2.Conduct on-site inspections and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues and ensure optimal operation of ev charger.
3.Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective solutions, addressing customer inquiries and handling complaints.
4.Assist customer with the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of ev charger to ensure peak performance.
5.Offer training and guidance to customers to enhance their understanding of ev charger operation and maintenance.
6.Prepare and maintain detailed service documentation, including after-sales reports and service records.
7.Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements in ev charger systems.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Basic proficiency in English communication skills.
- Strong theoretical knowledge in electricity, electrical engineering, power systems, circuits, structural technology, and communication engineering.
- Familiarity with power electronics technology
- Understanding of electrical safety, fire safety, and related knowledge.
- Ability to address user needs effectively, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of service
