รายละเอียดงาน
1. Ensure that all facility systems are able to function properly at all times(Electrical systems, Solar cell, Waste water, Air comprssor, Chiller, Cooling tower, Water supply system, ventilation system, fire protection system).
2. Manage and administer preventive maintenance (PM) of all facility systems and also increase the efficiency of all facility systems.
3. Manage and administer all spare parts used in relation to facility operations.
4. Manage and administer costs used in all facility operations.
5. Inspection of facility equipment condition and maintrain condition.
6. All facility breakdown analysis and set preventive action plan to reduce reoccurance problem and protect facility breadown all so.
7. Ensure that don't have delay preventive maintenance plan and delay to problem countermeasure.
8. Control and handering energy saving project and ensure to acheivement CO2 reduction target.
9. Manage IATF16949 system and ensure that IATF 16949 amendment covers all facility operations.
10. Facility Risk Assessment and Risk Assessment Management.
11. Manpower management and take care your staff
12. Job Summary and report to management and top management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree of Electrical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in facility function.
- Have Associate Electrical Engineer License (If any)
- Strong Leadership skills.
