ONLY ENGLISH RESUME WILL BE CONSIDERED รับเฉพาะ Resume ภาษาอังกฤษเท่านั้น Job Purpose: The Senior Product Development Coordinator is responsible for the jewelry product development process from concept to final sample, ensuring on-time delivery of samples, accurate product specifications, and maintaining a CAD/CAM library. This role ensures effective coordination and working cross-function between design, order processing, production, and clients, focusing on delivering high-quality products and meeting deadlines. Job Description: 1. Manage the product development process from initial concept to final sample, ensuring timely delivery and high product standards. 2. Ensure accurate and up-to-date product specifications are documented and communicated to production teams before shipping samples to customers. 3. Oversee the creation, revision, and finalization of product samples to meet client expectations and industry standards. 4. Maintain and update a comprehensive CAD/CAM library, organizing both revised and final versions of product designs for future reference. 5. Coordinate closely with design, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure all product specifications are aligned with customer requirements. 6. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on sample progress and address any changes or concerns in the development process. 7. Track project timelines and ensure on-time sample delivery by anticipating potential delays and resolving issues promptly. 8. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline production workflows, improving lead times and maintaining product accuracy. 9. Identify risks in the product development cycle and implement solutions to prevent delays in sample deliveries. 10. Ensure that product prototypes and samples undergo thorough review before approval and shipment to clients.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in product development, with a focus on jewelry manufacturing.
Strong understanding of jewelry design, materials, and manufacturing processes (CAD/CAM, CNC, lost-wax casting).
Experience in managing product timelines, ensuring on-time sample delivery, and handling client communications.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure product accuracy and maintain updated product specifications.
Excellent skills in managing a CAD/CAM library, tracking design revisions and final versions.
Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills, especially when coordinating between teams and clients.
Experience in working with luxury or high-end jewelry brands is preferred.
Proficiency in English.
