รายละเอียดงาน- Coordinate with Sales, logistics partners, and customers to follow up the order and achieve customer requirement until completed process.
- Manage customer service professional via telephone or email and to response timely and accurately to their inquiries. Ensure that customers are satisfied and their needs are being fulfilled
- Managing and organizing import and export shipments. Monitor, resolve and follow up closely with customers on any customer complaints, incidents and irregularities.
- Operate each shipment independently according to the SOP, preparing shipping documents (Customs Invoice, Packing List, B/L, Certificate of Origins, etc.), arranging all the process such as booking, trucks, customs clearance and complete shipment information into the system accurately and precisely.
- Qualify customer inquiries & provide quotations within the given price band, then following up to ensure quotations are accepted & closed.
- Conduct and analyze shipping requirements reports for daily review and follow-up of committed ship and delivery dates with the customer.
- Maintain a proper and efficient filing system of all documents for easy and systematic retrieval.
- Drive best practice sharing within the team and cross team.
- Prepare for backup system and manage workloads between team.
- Personal development plans for direct reports to be reviewed and agreed with the Branch Manager.
- Meet customers/visitors as agreed with the Branch Manager.
- Other tasks as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
- Over 3 years experience as Customer Service in freight forwarding industry.
- Excellent experience in Import – Export process. Knowledge in Shipping and Customs Clearance process.
- Meticulous, good interpersonal skills, team player and positive work attitudes.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, independently and in a team environment.
- International mobility and willingness to travel.
- Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
- Must be fluent in English, both writing and speaking, TOEIC score more than 650 will be advantage. (Direct Leader is Singaporean)
