Responsibilities:
Response in real-time chat conversations.
Assist with placement of online orders, refunds, or exchanges.
Providing accurate information about products, services, policies, order procedures.
Attracts potential customers by professionally answering questions related to product and service.
Resolve problems related to sales
4 hours night shift(1-2 times per week)

- Customer support experience
- Ability to resolve customer complaints
- Identify customer questions, concerns, and needs quickly.
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be fluent in Thai
