Job Responsibilities: - running the restaurant's operational activities - communicating with guests - resolving conflict situations with guests - collecting information from guests about sources of information where they learned about the restaurant - monitoring cash discipline - monitoring the schedule of employees and maintaining shift and overtime schedules - training staff in service - monitoring senior waiters - monitoring the preparation of the restaurant for opening and prime time - training waiters in small talk with guests. คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Experience in a manager role for 3+ years
Excellent knowledge of English
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
