3.Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Client Relations Officers, ensuring they are delivering on their responsibilities and growing professionally. Ensure that the team meets performance indicators. Represent the team as needed.
4.Market Understanding and Insights: Regularly gather and analyze market and e-commerce platform trends, understand dynamic of platform requirements and share with cross-functional team with objective to help our customers’ sales thrive
5.Customer Insights Analysis: Regularly gather customer feedback to inform cross-functional and management teams, aiding in the development of tailored services and products.
6.Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze client and market data to generate insightful reports, sharing findings with clients and internal teams to drive improvements and strategic decisions.
