รายละเอียดงาน
1.Responsible for the business operation and operational management of the general affairs department, and overseeing the overall work of the department;
2.Optimize the business processes and organize operations of the the general affairs department to improve efficiency and quality;
3.Responsible for organizing the formulation of various management policies for the base, supervising the implementation of plans, standardizing management processes, ensuring standardized and efficient base management, reducing costs and increasing efficiency, and achieving best practices in base management;
4.Responsible for the organizational development of the base, the selection and retention of talents, the cultivation and reserve of talents, and the daily operation and management of the department;
5.Responsible for coordinating with the company's safety requirements, improving various safety management measures for base operations in accordance with local safety regulations, and ensuring network information safety for the base;
6.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- More than 8 years of work experience in large manufacturing enterprises, with a bachelor's degree or above.
- Familiar with various business operations of the department, able to analyze and guide various business operations.
- Having experience in one or more management positions, strong team leadership, and a certain level of business acumen
- Strong overall management ability, resilience, firm goals, and good at learning.
- Automotive parts industry, with local work experience in Thailand preferred.
- Good command in Chinese.
