1.Fully responsible for coordinating recruitment, training, performance, employee relations and other aspects of the business department, providing sufficient human resources support and talent guarantee for the business department;
2.Assist the business department in building a sustainable talent pool and collaborate with the talent development team to effectively manage training for the supported departments;
3.Provide professional human resources solutions and policy consultation based on the actual situation of the business department.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Engaged in HR work for more than 5 years, with over 2 years of HRBP experience.
- Familiar with the work content of various modules of human resource management, able to go deep into the front line of business, and provide professional human resource solutions and policy consulting for business departments.
- Outgoing personality, high work enthusiasm, good at communication.
- Capable of withstanding high work pressure, strong driving force, and problem-solving ability.
- Good command in Chinese.
