Job Description:
1. Project Management:
- Oversee and manage HVAC and refrigeration projects from inception to completion (Survey site, Design, Construction Drafting, Estimate project cost, calculation of constructional drawings)
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Team Leadership:
- Manage and develop a team with a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
3. Client Liaison:
- Address issues and ensure customer satisfaction with our services.
4. Technical Support:
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team
- Resolving complex issues and developing solutions to meet client needs.
5. Service Operations:
- Ensure timely and efficient service operations.
- Continuously improving service processes to enhance efficiency.
6. Project Records:
- Maintain accurate project records
- Prepare regular reports on project status, service activities, and team performance.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Ventilation, Refrigeration)
- Minimum 2 years experience in project management and service delivery within the HVAC and refrigeration industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, related Standards and Technologies.
- High level of responsibility, enthusiasm for work, and ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to work proactively, plan effectively, think analytically, and remain persistent in achieving goals.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Familiar with cleanroom and ESD protocols.
- Knowledge of Auto CAD 2D, 3D or Solid work program and application.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to drive and travel with valid driving license.
- License for Professional Practice is preferable.
