รายละเอียดงาน1.Generate sales revenue from Thailand, Singapore, EU/UK, Hong Kong, and South Korea markets to achieve sales budget (Quantity & Sales Amount).
2.Identify opportunities for market expansion. Formulate sales strategies and action plans to successfully expand business.
3.Coordinate NPD (New Product Development) process to get the customer’s approval and proceed to the actual production.
4.Collaborate with teams, including Production, Procurement, R&D, Storage, Export, etc. to deliver successful production and products that meet customers' requirements.
5.Monitor production results carefully to ensure customer expectations are met. Provide solutions for an arising problem.
6.Communicate with customers closely. Update shipment situations timely and inform the customers immediately if there is any problem.
7.Manage in-depth industry research, updating and gathering market information to deliver valuable information to customers and negotiate with customers effectively. (Knowledge/information includes chicken market, ingredient situation, freight, exchange rate…etc.)
8.Manage customer visits to the factory accordingly to expand business opportunities and make a good relationship with customers.
