Customer Service Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
1. Assist the sales team in responding to chats. and take care of customers in terms of taking care of claims and other matters that customers want to know,
such as warranties, product information, etc.
2. Coordinate and receive product claims from customers. To forward it to the technician team for checking.
3. Coordinate the return of products to customers in each case.
4. Prepare a summary report each week for management. and related teams for the number of products claimed by customers
5. Take care of the materials used in packing orders.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any discipline
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Korean
- Experienced or interest in a BPO, Customer Service, and/or Sales
- Willing to relocate to Penang
