Quality Control Officer (Contract 3 months)

รายละเอียดงาน
1. Examine materials and products according to defined specification and company standard to identify any defects.
2. Examine in-process product at the specified stages in production process and test for variety of qualities.
3. Initially analyses data of defected goods and report problems or concerns to line supervisor/ manager immediately.
4. Quality Control records; According to the reporting system of QC line, keep the records of inspection data for each stage of processes and file at the department as reference for future review and ensure that all inspection data are maintained in SAP.
5. Coordinate and monitor the whole processes, schedule, priorities of QC tasks in the responsible area and respond to various alarms (e.g. materials/ products performance on site, inspection report) by coordinating with customization team to find the effective corrective actions and final usage decision.
6. Initially analyses data of defected goods and raise relevant reports to the supervisor by daily/ weekly/ monthly.
7. Maintain and troubleshoot all instrumentation devices
8. Do and Promote 5S activities in the responsible area

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering/ Chemical Science
- 2 years of experience in Laboratory field of Manufacturing Chemical Industry.
- Experience in SAP system is preferred.
- Fair in English skill and computer skill, good communication ability and interpersonal understanding
