Job description :
• Process sales documents: quotations, customer orders, and invoices
• Handle inventory purchases and importation
• Plan, arrange, and track shipments
• Maintain a complete set of books in the ERP system
• Handle account receivables and payables
• Compile statutory reports to comply with local requirements
• Compile sales, inventory, and other management reports
• Perform tax work (VAT, withholding tax, income tax, etc.) with the support of an external tax firm.
• Providing general administrative support.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age not over 40 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting only.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Accounting full loop.
- Able to arrange document and report in English.
- Able to use Excel.
- Experience in ERP is a plus.
- Work Monday to Friday 08.00-17.00
