Who We Are Looking For We’re expanding our brand presence and need a talented Graphic Designer to work closely with our regional team and local partners. You’ll play a crucial role in adapting global creative guidelines to the Thai market while ensuring our brand identity (CI) is consistently represented across merchant partner collaborations. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the regional design team to localize global creative guidelines (CI) for the Thai market, making sure the visuals resonate strongly with the local audience. - Develop visually compelling designs for our merchant partners, ensuring all marketing materials align with the company’s brand standards and the merchant’s needs. - Design and adapt a wide range of digital and print assets, including banners, social media graphics, website visuals, in-store promotional materials, and more. - Ensure design consistency while strengthening the company’s brand presence in the Thai market. - Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales) to create effective visual solutions. - Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standards. - Stay updated with Thai design trends and cultural insights to create relevant, impactful designs for local customers.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  2. 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a retail, fintech, or e-commerce environment.
  3. Strong proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  4. Experience working with corporate identity guidelines and adapting them to local markets.
  5. A strong portfolio showcasing work across digital and print mediums.
  6. Familiarity with Thai market trends and cultural nuances to ensure localized designs are impactful.
  7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, particularly in a cross-cultural environment.
  8. Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
