**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead and maintain quality control systems and ensure all products meet food safety standards.
- Provide leadership and manage talent, including hiring, performance management, and training.
- Stay updated on food safety regulations and develop protocols for new legislation.
- Investigate compliance with food safety processes, report noncompliance, and implement corrective actions.
- Evaluate suppliers for compliance with standards and recommend process improvements.
- Oversee safety measures during construction and renovations, ensuring compliance with fire prevention and suppression systems.
- Address issues identified in safety audits, working with experts to resolve them.
- Conduct accident investigations and support crisis management for incidents affecting business operations or company image.
- Promote safety awareness through workshops and coordinate safety training to meet legal requirements.
- Lead environmental conservation campaigns to minimize the environmental impact at branches and head offices.
- Provide information to the Crisis Management Team (CMT) for decision-making related to risk management.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of directly related work experience.
- Additional minimum qualifications may apply.
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a Safety Officer, Supervisor, or in a similar role.
- Experience in HSE management, including management systems, risk assessment, and accident/incident investigation in a manufacturing or project environment.
- Advanced computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- At least one year of supervisory experience.
- Experience in quality assurance, food safety, food manufacturing, auditing, regulatory compliance, or a related field.
- Previous project management experience.
- Practical knowledge of plant manufacturing processes and operations.
