Job Purpose:
The Senior Customer Coordinator is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with key clients, ensuring top-notch customer service in the jewelry manufacturing sector. This role requires deep knowledge of the jewelry industry and serves as a liaison between customers and internal teams, coordinating order processing, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple client accounts. This position reports directly to the company owner.
Job Description:
1. Act as the main point of contact for key customers, managing relationships and ensuring high service standards.
2. Leverage expertise in jewelry design, materials, and production processes to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
3. Coordinate with order processing, design/CAD, production, quality, and shipping teams to ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time.
4. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
5. Monitor order status and provide clients with regular updates, handling potential delays professionally.
6. Assist in developing customer service policies to improve the overall customer experience.
7. Manage the company's sample collection inventory to ensure its well-presented.
8. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs.
9. Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts for new and existing clients.
10. Participate in international trade shows, customer meetings, and events to build strong relationships.
11. Provide feedback to management on customer needs, challenges, and potential improvements in service and product offerings.
