Supply Chain Executive

รายละเอียดงาน
Customer Service
•Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding supply chain issues
•Resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to supply chain operations
•Monitor and improve customer service metrics related to delivery times and order accuracy
Planning
•Demand Planning:
•Forecast customer demand to ensure timely procurement and production
•Review and analyze data to prepare forecast analytics and evaluate forecast results and develop methods to assure efficient and effective supply planning processes and tools
•Execute an operational monthly rolling demand plan as well as a long-term forecast
•Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy
•Maintain the demand & supply plan for respective businesses and ensure timely updates for meeting
•Working together with Commercial on improving the accuracy of the forecasting and analyses the root causes of forecast bias/accuracy to prevent any mistakes
•Material Planning:
•Ensure availability of materials required for production
•Production Planning:
•Develop and maintain production schedules to meet demand and optimize resources
•Coordinate with Production team on weekly / monthly production review to ensure that production planning will be serve for customer demand
•Monitor production issues such as capacity, minimum order quantities (MOQs) or lead times that conflict with plans and communicate to commercial
Procurement
•Sourcing and manage the procurement of raw materials, components, office and factory supplies and services
•Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms Monitor and improve customer service metrics related to delivery times and order accuracy
•Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
Logistics (Import-Export)
•Coordinate the import and export of goods in compliance with international trade regulations
•Manage logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: 5-7 years of working experience in supply chain processes within manufacturing environment, with a focus on automotive assembly products is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with global teams and stakeholders
- Experience in working with Multinational Company (MNC) is preferable
- Able to multi-tasks, work independently and under pressure to meet timelines
- Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- ERP knowledge to monitor inventory, movement, location, and consumption is preferable
- License: Valid forklift certification and skills
- Be able to Read, Write and Communicate in English (preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Living near Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate will be specially considered
