Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and align all graphic and visual work with our corporate branding guidelines to maintain consistency.
- Develop and maintain impactful corporate materials that support internal messaging and branding.
- Prepare engaging weekly and monthly PR and communication reports, presenting them effectively in PowerPoint for senior management.
- Lead content development for the company’s quarterly group newsletter, ensuring it resonates with our audience.
- Coordinate PR and communication efforts for executives and employees, strengthening internal engagement.
- Update and maintain the company group profile and website with fresh, relevant content.
- Ensure smooth and consistent corporate communications, ensuring all departments are aligned with messaging.
- Manage the department’s budget, utilizing Excel to track expenditures and coordinating with accounting on financial matters.
- Handle official documentation for external coordination, including letters, agreements, and other communications.
