Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and organizational goals.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals).
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
To source high-quality candidates, utilize various channels, including online job portals, LinkedIn, networking events, and recruitment agencie.
Proactively identify potential candidates through headhunting and targeted outreach.
Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
Promote the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
Engage with the community and industry networks to boost the organization’s visibility as an employer of choice.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates regarding their status.
Collaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate the onboarding process.
Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines and interview feedback.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
Prepare reports and analytics on recruitment performance for senior management.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and candidates.
Act as a trusted advisor to the business on hiring decisions, market trends, and recruitment best practices.
Ensure all recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
Maintain a fair and non-discriminatory hiring process.
Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- English communication is a must
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and interviewing techniques.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
