1. Lead marketing campaigns, retail and communications strategies through partnerships, localisation, creative content generation, category and product management 2. Drive and develop a comprehensive 360 marketing plan for all new products and programme launches across social, digital, influencer marketing, PR, etc. 3. Bring the brand’s essence to life by creating excitement and buzz for its products through brand activations, events and collaborations 4. Deliver flawless execution of the annual marketing and content calendars, including development of all marketing materials 5. Collaborate with external partners to drive social strategy and bring content to life across all key social media channels and relevant in-country platforms 6. Work in partnership with cross-functional teams partners, operations, supply chain, and external creative and production agencies 7. Utilise market and consumer insights to manage strategic promotions that drive transactions 8. Ensure effective in-store marketing activities to drive sales and awareness about existing restaurants 9. Develop strategies for new store openings to create buzz and hit the headlines 10. Build strong trust based on the ground partnerships with all stakeholders, franchise leaders, and partners’ teams.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Retail, or similar
2+ years relevant post-degree integrated marketing and digital/social experience, preferably in consumer products and services, F&B, FMCG, or retail
In-depth understanding of new media marketing across digital, mobile and social
Willingness to stay hands-on, humble and execution focus regardless of the seniority
Evidence of developing trust and respect-based relationships with partners
Able to manage multiple projects at the same time and at speed while defining and adhering to timescales and delivering excellent execution
Proven commercial experience and a record of helping to drive profitability and market share within consumer products, services, F&B and retail environments
Extensive knowledge of the local consumer mindset and market including pop culture, sub-tribes and trends
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to be able to efficiently interact with senior level stakeholders and external agency partners
A self-starter with a stable capacity to work autonomously
Exceptional verbal and written English and Thai communications and presentation skills.
