1.วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่ง (Main Purpose):
Coordinate with Customs representatives with efficient import-export, Freezone in accordance with the regulations of the Thai Customs Department.
2.หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ (Principal Accountabilities):
• Preparing all Inbound and Outbound Freezone under regulation of Thailand government.
• Execute customs, Warehouse, Shipping to meet customer requirement.
• Manage inbound and outbound Free Zone clearance.
• Deal with brokers to process Free Zone clearance.
• Communicate, deal, support all relative documentaries with Fee Zone Department representative enquiries.
• Quick response to all relevant on matters linked to Free Zone.
• RVC Application- Preparing BOM information and online submission.
• Outsource management- Get master proposal approval and control daily application.
• Understand Thai local regulatory well including Free Zone, customs regulatory and other related government department.
• Coordinate and support the Warehouse section of any related matter in accordance with Free Zone requirement.
• Any other tasks that will be assigned by superior.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years experience in logistics, Import-Export under Freezone, BOI.
- Knowledge and experiences in logistics and Free Zone regulations.
- Speaking and writing skills in Chinese is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Can use English both written and spoken.
- Able to use Microsoft Office.
- Able to work at Siam Eastern Industrial Park 2 (SEP2), Pluakdang, Rayong.
