รายละเอียดงาน
1.Participate in formulating the company’s sales strategy, specific sales plans, and conduct sales forecasting.
2.Build and manage the sales team to achieve the company’s product sales targets.
3.Control the sales budget, expenses, and ensure balanced development of sales scope and targets.
4.Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate subordinate employees while assisting them in achieving assigned performance targets.
5.Collect various market information and provide timely feedback to superiors and other relevant departments.
6.Participate in the development and improvement of sales policies, standards, and systems to adapt to market development.
7.Foster and collaborate on partnerships with distributors, agents, and other business partners.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Associate degree or above in marketing, finance, business management, business administration, real estate management, or related fields.
- Over 8 years of sales experience, more than 3 years in management, and over 2 years of experience in a similar management role.
- Strong planning, organizational, coordination, and execution abilities.
- Ability to handle complex problems, with a high sense of responsibility.
- Quick thinker with forward-looking concepts, meticulous work style, and strong self-improvement and adaptability skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
- Working from Monday to Saturday 08.00น.-17.00 น.
