As the Business Sales Support Executive based in Thailand to support emerging new growth markets, you will be responsible for the sales support to customer purchase orders (POs) as well as overseeing monthly sales data analysis & reporting to support timely sales operations.
-Supporting marketing activities, sales operations from Purchase Order to consolidating of customer requirements for order processing & follow up.
-Provide timely admin support to input into Sales CRM systems for documentation.
-Working on attaining quality certification such as ISO, GMP and be the championing force for Continuous Improvements (5S) initiatives.
-Working closely with internal teams to achieve and ensure successful delivery to customers that will maintain customer satisfaction.
-Responding to customer complaints and handling logistics matters.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Degree in Business Administration or Commercial disciplines with at least 3 years of working experience within a fast-paced international working environment.
- Current/prior working experience in a business support focused role.
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Words, and PowerPoint)
- Strong proficiencies in local language (Thai) and ideally in English or Chinese, both written and spoken is highly preferred.
- Does possess a personality that is highly motivated, creative with a strong sense of self-initiative to be able to work independently and customer centric approach.
