รายละเอียดงาน
1. Documents related to the work of foreigners and foreign customers, such as visas, work permits, invitation letters, 90-day reporting, re-entry permits, etc.
2. Prepare reports related to foreign documents
3. Manage mail in the main office and International document delivery (DHL/FEDEX)
4. Organize internal company activities
5. Manage other tasks as assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Experience in applying for work permits, visas and requesting official documents (at least 1 years)
- Have experience according to the position details above
- Chinese skill is must
- Have experience in teamwork
- Can use basic Microsoft Office programs (If proficient, will be given special consideration)
- Ready to learn new things and develop the organization
