รายละเอียดงาน• Technically support sales team for new customer and/or new application development with existing products.
• Identify technical opportunities with the customer which will ultimately grow the business profitably for both parties.
• Collect, understand, and interpret a customer requirement which lead to the right product matching.
• Conduct end to end product trials at a customer site til come up with final result for next step.
• Advise customers on processing and properties of products.
• Responsible for providing and ensure that end users have workable knowledge and process on how to apply and use products properly.
• Support R&D team to collect and understand customer requirements and provide feedback to R&D for new product development opportunities.
• Support R&D and sales teams for new product launch.
• Technical lead for customer complaints.
• Investigate customer issues using problem solving techniques to get at root cause on the challenging and complex issues internally and externally.
• Analyzing clients’ issues and developing plans to mitigate them together with solve the issues remotely or/ and at a customer site.
• Manage and train team members on a regular basis on technical and products knowledge for the current situation.
• Deliver ad hoc tasks per assignment from R&D Director and CEO
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or field related to chemical products
- Experience: More than 10 years in technical service function with minimum 3 years as manager level
- Able and willing to travel upcountry
- Problem Solving, Service Mind, Communication, Time management, Team work, Leadership
