SMT
1.Equipment capability analysis and purchase;
2.Equipment incoming inspection;
3.Equipment maintenance;
4.Reduce material throwing rate and improve equipment efficiency;
5.Equipment failure maintenance support;
6.Spare parts control and management to ensure equipment safety inventory and cost reduction;
7.Program optimization and improvement project promotion;
8.Cooperate with production processes to improve product quality and efficiency; 9. Leading the team to continuously improve product yield and efficiency; 10. Calibrate the measuring device CPK;

11.Create equipment maintenance program files and WI;
12.Assist in improving production line operation skills.
1.Equipment repairing &control spare parts usage & keep right inventroy level 2.To setup equipment Pre-maintenance plan for supporting production
3.To track & follow equipment repair &maintenance record,and reducing maintenance unplanned downtime
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- College degree or above;
- Good English dictation and speaking skills;
- Skilled equipment maintenance and programming ability, including printing machine (DEK,MPM)/placement machine (YAMAHA series, Panasonic series)/reflow machine (BTU/VITRONICS/ERSA)/automatic dispensing machine;
- Familiar with SMT manufacturing process, able to analyze products and defects according to equipment and fixture capabilities and propose improvement methods;
- Learn about ISO 9000, TS16949, ISO 14000,QC080000;
- Experience in equipment management;
- Have a successful case of leading the team to improve SMT equipment or process;
- At least 3 years working experience in SMT industry;
- At least 2 years SMT equipment experience.
