CNC Programmer

รายละเอียดงาน
1. Developing and maintaining a complete engineering packet for the manufacture of machined parts.
2. Designing, developing, and implementing the machining process of complex parts to align with manufacturing practices, industry standards, and customers’ requirements.
3. Complying with the company safety rules and policies.
4. Reviewing 3D designs, engineering drawings, models, and/or samples for CNC machining operation.
5. Creating CNC programs using CAD/CAM software to support Turn-Mill 5-Axis machines.
6. Setup tooling/machine for test cut during the trial process until achieve the first-article parts.
7. Making improvements to set up process, improve efficiency and output - reduce setup time, reduce setup scrap.
8. Monitoring all programs to make sure they follow blueprint instructions and safely complete the task.
9. Following up corrective actions on Quality Issues, Processes & Design functions.
10. Working with the production team and quality team to ensure all customers' on-time delivery.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Over 5 Years experience in Automotive/Aerospace industry related to CNC 5Axis Turn-mill or Machining Center (Mazak control is preferred)
- Expertise in CAD/CAM programs (Autodesk Feature CAM and Mazak Smooth CAM are preferred).
- Able to interpret engineering drawings with fully understanding GD&T symbol.
- Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Suite (MS Word, Office, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Solid foundational understanding of the machining process, including CNC turning, milling, EDM, honing, and drilling.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
