รายละเอียดงาน1. Developing and maintaining a complete engineering packet for the manufacture of machined parts.
2. Designing, developing, and implementing the machining process of complex parts to align with manufacturing practices, industry standards, and customers’ requirements.
3. Complying with the company safety rules and policies.
4. Reviewing 3D designs, engineering drawings, models, and/or samples for CNC machining operation.
5. Creating CNC programs using CAD/CAM software to support Turn-Mill 5-Axis machines.
6. Setup tooling/machine for test cut during the trial process until achieve the first-article parts.
7. Making improvements to set up process, improve efficiency and output - reduce setup time, reduce setup scrap.
8. Monitoring all programs to make sure they follow blueprint instructions and safely complete the task.
9. Following up corrective actions on Quality Issues, Processes & Design functions.
10. Working with the production team and quality team to ensure all customers' on-time delivery.
