Responsibilities:
1. Manage existing clients, acquire new customers, maintain sales, and plan sales strategies to increase revenue. Communicate and execute the company’s marketing plan, and provide both pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Analyze data to adjust sales strategies.
3. Provide guidance and manage the sales team using technology.
4. Monitor, evaluate, and track team performance.
5. Assist the team in resolving issues and making decisions in the sales process.
6. Motivate the sales team to meet targets.
7. Share and enhance knowledge within the sales team.
8. Plan and organize the sales team's activities.
9. Knowledge of electronics and PCB manufacturing is an advantage.
