- Ensure that marketing/branding work is properly assigned and executed through to on-time completion.
- Maintain positive working relationships between teams while also ensuring deadlines are met, communicating project status, and
identifying potential issues.
- Manage daily creative schedules and tasks for balancing members workload.
- Compile and check the brief chase for projects.
- Police the brief submission deadlines.
- Prepare analysis of time and utilization reports – identify instances of under-utilization, identify the root cause and proactively
take steps to address the issue with senior.
- Track creative schedules to ensure on-time execution and delivery of marketing collateral.
- Maintain a collaborative relationship with stakeholders through excellent communication, expectation-setting and timely status reporting.
