รายละเอียดงาน
- Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of customer service representatives.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, set goals, and address issues.
- Provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations to team members.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues.
- Monitor and analyze call center metrics to ensure performance targets are met.
- Identify training needs and coordinate with the training department to address them.
- Keep the team updated on product or service changes and industry developments.
- Generate and analyze reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular reports to management on team and individual performance.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement based on performance data.
- Monitor and adjust staffing levels based on call volume and other factors.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of direct experience as a Customer, Team leader in the call center or related field
- Excellent English communication skills (Speaking, Writing)
- Management and supervisory skill
- Flexible and open-minded
