• Operational Excellence: Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple retail locations, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. • Collaborate with Training, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Merchandising, and Planning/Allocation teams to ensure stores effectively capitalize on RESEC and ATL activities, delivering an in-store experience that meets Regional and Global standards. • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach and motivate retail store staff, fostering a high-performance culture focused on customer service and sales to achieve in set targets. • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability and minimize shrinkage. • Customer Experience: Ensure a superior shopping experience by maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation. • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-control measures. • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Operations Management or Business Field preferred
Minimum 5-10 years’ experience management of store operations.
Knowledge of Store operations management and well day-to-day operations management
Strong organization and communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving skills, adaptable to change and driven to achieve results
Exceptional coaching skills, strong decision making, action planning and prioritization skills
Ability to work as a team
Knowledge of safety, quality control and cost control
Commitment to provide the highest level of support and quality service
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Solid knowledge of industry standards and practices
Work at Seasons Ekkamai 20 Showroom , Sukhumvit 63 Wattana Bangkok
